Step 1: We get back to you via email

Based on the information you provided in the Request for Quote tool we get back to you with an initial price quote. Just to give you an idea about the investment.

• This first quote is an indication, the final offer can be lower or higher;
• Includes an indication of the shipment fees;
• Quote is based on standard fabric.

Step 2: Schedule a call to discuss details

The next step is getting the details clear. What kind of fabric are you looking for? We will help you select the correct fabric for your sofas.  Not a fan of calling? We can also finalize the choices via email. 

Step 3: Formal quotation

In the third step you’ll receive a formal quotation. This offer is specific for you. We took the requirements into account and also provide:

• Specific prices per sofa and number of sofas;
• Chosen fabric;
• Lead times (all our sofas are handmade in the Netherlands);
• Price for shipping depending on number of sofas and location;
• Terms & conditions.

Step 4: Sign and return the quotation

After receiving the formal quotation signed by the buyer party the collaboration is formal. We start the process of production and keep you in the loop of the production progress.

Step 5: Finalize production & Shipping

After production we will do a quality check of all sofas. When that is done we make sure that the sofas are being shipped. To make sure the sofas are not damaged while shipping, we wrap the sofas in a sustainable and strong material that prevents damage.

We update you when the sofas are being shipped.  

Step 6: Receiving the sofas & setup

The las step is receiving your sofas! You can pick them up or they will be delivered (depends on what is agreed). Assembly needs to be done on location. Make sure you have enough space and closely follow the provided assembly instructions. If you have any questions during assembly, don’t hesistate to reach out to us.  

Step 7: Enjoying your Addon Furniture sofas & addons

Assembly takes a couple of hours but when you’re done you can enjoy your Addon Furniture sofas. Please send us pictures of the final result so we can include you in our cases!
